摘要(Abstract)：

目的探讨老年髋部骨折围手术期深静脉血栓预防及护理对策。方法将237例髋部骨折患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用综合措施预防深静脉血栓,包括围手术期进行术前心理护理、功能锻炼指导,术后基础护理、药物预防措施、体位护理及肢体气压治疗及主被动功能锻炼指导,对照组采用单纯药物预防深静脉血栓。结果观察组患者在术后下床时间、住院时间、髋关节功能、深静脉血栓发生率及死亡率方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合预防措施及有效护理对策能降低老年髋部骨折患者围手术期深静脉血栓发生率。
