基于三维步态分析技术评价关中李氏骨伤流派关节理筋手法对足底筋膜炎的临床疗效Clinical Study on Joint Tendon Manipulation of Bone Injury of Li′s School in Guanzhong Based on Three Dimensional Gait Analysis

摘要(Abstract):
目的应用三维步态分析技术对关中李氏骨伤流派关节理筋手法治疗足底筋膜炎(PF)的临床疗效研究并初步探讨其作用机理。方法治疗组64例足底筋膜炎患者予关中李氏骨伤流派关节理筋手法治疗,招募本院64例健康职工为健康组。比较足底筋膜炎患者治疗前、后的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分,比较患者治疗前、治疗后和与健康人在三维步态分析参数的差异。结果治疗组患者在治疗前、治疗后的VAS评分比较有统计学差异(P <0.05)。治疗前与健康组步态参数比较,膝关节矢状面运动角度与踝关节矢状面运动角度存在统计学差异(P <0.05),治疗后与健康比较各参数均无统计学差异(P <0.05)。治疗组治疗前与治疗后比较单步时间、跨步时间、摆动相时间、单步长、跨步长、膝关节矢状面运动角度、踝关节矢状面运动角度均有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论关中李氏骨伤流派关节理筋手法对治疗PF具良好的治疗效果,患者在VAS评分、步态参数上均有改善。三维步态分析技术可以作为足底筋膜炎疗效的评估手段之一。
