叶下珠醇提物对人胃癌细胞的抑制作用

摘要(Abstract)：
目的体外实验初步探索叶下珠醇提物对人胃癌细胞MKN28增殖、迁移及迁移能力的影响。方法不同质量浓度的叶下珠醇提物作用于人胃癌细胞MKN28,MTT法测定其对MKN28的增殖抑制率,细胞划痕实验检测细胞迁移能力的变化,Transwell小室侵袭实验检测细胞侵袭能力的变化。结果 MTT法结果显示叶下珠醇提物对人胃癌细胞MKN28的增殖有明显抑制作用,并且呈现质量浓度和时间依赖性;细胞划痕实验结果显示叶下珠醇提物对人胃癌细胞MKN28迁移能力有明显抑制作用;Transwell小室侵袭实验结果显示叶下珠醇提物对人胃癌细胞MKN28侵袭能力有明显抑制作用。结论叶下珠醇提物能有效抑制人胃癌细胞MKN28的增殖、侵袭及迁移。
