丹红注射液治疗心脏X综合征疗效观察

摘要(Abstract)：
目的观察丹红注射液治疗心脏X综合征的临床疗效。方法将40例心脏X综合征气滞血瘀型患者随机分为常规治疗组(对照组)与加丹红注射液治疗组(治疗组),服药4周;比较两组典型心绞痛发作频率和心电图运动试验缺血型ST段压低幅度变化。结果与对照组比较,治疗组减少心脏X综合征患者的心绞痛发作频率、改善心电图运动试验结果均有显著差异;与治疗前比较,治疗组治疗后心脏X综合征患者的心绞痛发作频率和心电图运动试验结果亦显著改善。结论丹红注射液与常规药物联合应用对心脏X综合征安全有效。
