芪棱汤对2型糖尿病并发脑梗死患者内脂素及糖脂代谢的影响Influence of Qileng Decoction on Serum Visfatin and Glycolipid Metabolism in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Cerebral Infarction

摘要(Abstract):
目的观察芪棱汤对2型糖尿病并发脑梗死患者血清内脂素及糖脂代谢的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法 160例患者随机分为芪棱汤组和对照组各80例,对照组采用脑梗死的基础方案治疗,芪棱汤组在对照组基础上加用芪棱汤免煎颗粒治疗,疗程30 d。比较两组治疗前后血清内脂素、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2 h PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、三酰甘油(TAG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)的变化,并评价两组神经功能缺损的临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组的血清内脂素、FPG、2 h PBG、Hb A1c、TAG及LDL水平与治疗前比较均明显降低(均P<0.01),且芪棱汤组治疗后血清内脂素、FPG、2 h PBG、Hb A1c、TAG及LDL水平均低于对照组治疗后的水平(均P<0.05),而两组治疗前后TC、HDL均无变化不大;芪棱汤组神经功能缺损疗效的总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的93.75%(P<0.05)。结论芪棱汤可明显降低2型糖尿病并发脑梗死患者内脂素及糖脂代谢的水平,提高神经功能缺损的疗效,延缓疾病发展。
