蝙蝠葛活性成分抑制胃癌SGC-7901细胞转移侵袭作用The Effect of Dauricum Active Ingredient on Inhibition of Invasion and Metastasis of SGC-7901 Cell in Gastric Cancer

摘要(Abstract):
目的探讨蝙蝠葛活性成分对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞的运动能力及其机制。方法采用划痕试验、transwell迁移实验、transwell侵袭实验观察蝙蝠葛活性成分对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞的运动能力、降低SGC-7901细胞转移侵袭作用的影响。结果与对照组相比较,蝙蝠葛活性成分处理之后,细胞修复该划痕的能力减低。蝙蝠葛活性成分作用之后人胃癌SGC-7901细胞通过聚碳酸酯膜的迁移运动能力下降,并且与对照组相比其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。蝙蝠葛活性成分作用之后,人胃癌SGC-7901细胞通过涂抹matrigel胶的聚碳酸酯膜的能力下降,并且与对照组相比其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蝙蝠葛活性成分能够抑制胃癌SG07901细胞的运动能力、迁移能力以及侵袭能力。
