摘要(Abstract)：

应激性溃疡是应激性胃肠黏膜病变的主要形式之一,易导致大出血、继发性感染等并发症,是临床常见病、多发病。目前对应激性溃疡的防治仍存在诸多争议,进一步研究应激性溃疡的发病机制从而制定切合病情的防治措施仍是临床研究的重点。传统中医药对应激相关性疾病的辨治具有独特的临床疗效,目前对应激性溃疡的治疗也积累了许多经验。本文通过对应激性溃疡发病机制的探讨,认为腑气不通,痰浊停聚是应激性溃疡发病的重要病机,由此创制的消痰通腑法能够在临床上对应激性溃疡起到较好的防治作用。
