疫情常态化下三甲中医院急诊医护对新型冠状病毒肺炎的“知信行”调查研究Investigation and Research on“Knowledge,Attitude,and Practice”of COVID-19 in Paramedics of the Emergency Department in 3A Hospital of Chinese Medicine Before and After the Normalization of the Epidemic

摘要(Abstract):
目的 探讨三甲中医院医护人员疫情常态化前后对新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称:新冠肺炎)的认知情况,并有针对性地开展常态化精准防控策略和局部应急处置有机结合。方法 选取广东省内三甲中医院医护人员作为调查研究对象,基于“知信行”模式自制问卷,采用“雪球抽样法”进行抽样调查,使用SPSS建立数据库,对数据进行统计分析。结果 共回收有效问卷142份,其中医生12人(8.4%),护士130人(91.6%),男性46人(32.4%)。不同职业类别、学历、职称的受访者“知信行”的对比差异无统计学意义(均P> 0.05)。疫情常态化下与疫情爆发初期对比,所有受访者在知识、态度、行为与总得分[12.00(9.00,15.00)vs. 10.00(9.00,11.00)、8.00(6.00,9.25)vs. 6.00(5.00,7.00)、12.00(9.00,15.00)vs. 11.00(9.75,12.00)、32.00(27.00,39.00)vs. 28.00(25.00,31.00)]均有不同程度的提高(P <0.05);医生仅在知识方面有所提高(P <0.05);护士则在4个维度均提高明显(P <0.05);不同学历的受访者,除研究生外其余受访者在4个维度差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);初级及中级职称的受访者也均有所提高。按是否新冠肺炎经历分组对比,有新冠肺炎经历的受访者在知识、行为及总分方面得分较高(均P <0.05)。结论 疫情常态化下,受访者无论何种职别、学历、职称,整体知信行水平较高,实践经历有助于提高对新冠肺炎的认知,因此在实际临床工作中,应考虑以上差异,调整新冠肺炎的防控与培训部署。
