摘要(Abstract)：

目的观察吻合器痔上黏膜环切吻合术(PPH)加外痔切除和单纯外剥内扎术治疗重度环状混合痔的临床效果。方法对收治的52例Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ度环状混合痔患者随机分为两组,分别采用PPH加外痔切除和单纯外剥内扎术予以治疗,对两组疗效进行比较。结果通过对手术时间、术中出血、疼痛程度、住院时间、患者满意度等进行比较观察,表明PPH加外痔切除术的疗效明显优于单纯外剥内扎术。结论 PPH加外痔切除治疗混合痔肛门疗效确切。
