百事乐胶囊对慢性应激抑郁大鼠海马BDNF和TrkB表达的影响Effects of Baishile Capsules on Expression of Brain-derived Neurotrophic Factorand Tropomyosin Receptor Kinase Bin Hippocampus of Chronic Stress Depression Rats

摘要(Abstract):
目的观察百事乐胶囊对慢性应激抑郁大鼠海马脑源性神经因子(BDNF)和酪氨酸激酶B(TrkB)表达的影响。方法 SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、百事乐组和氟西汀组,每组8只。除正常组外,其他组先给予21 d慢性不可预见性应激造模,然后在应激前1 h灌胃给药21 d,其中模型组大鼠灌胃蒸馏水,氟西汀组灌胃盐酸氟西汀药液,百事乐组灌胃百事乐胶囊药液。旷场实验检测大鼠行为学变化,免疫组化检测大鼠海马BDNF和TrkB的表达。结果与模型组比较,百事乐胶囊能显著改善大鼠的水平活动和垂直活动水平(P<0.05或0.01),提高海马BDNF和TrkB的表达(P<0.01)。结论百事乐胶囊可调节海马BDNF和TrkB表达,是其促进抑郁大鼠海马神经功能恢复的机制之一。
