高血压病动脉弹性及内皮功能和中医证型相关性研究

摘要(Abstract):
目的探讨原发性高血压病(EH)患者动脉硬化、内皮功能与中医证型的相关性。方法符合入选标准的患者80例分为肝火亢盛组23例、阴虚阳亢组20例、痰湿壅盛组22例、阴阳两虚组15例,以及健康对照组15例,测定臂踝脉搏波传导速度(ba PWV)、血管内皮一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)值。结果 EH患者各中医证型组ba PWV值、ET-1较健康对照组明显升高,变化规律为:阴阳两虚组>痰湿壅盛组>阴虚阳亢组>肝阳上亢组>健康对照组,而NO较健康对照组明显降低,变化规律为:健康对照组>肝阳上亢组>阴虚阳亢组>痰湿壅盛组>阴阳两虚组。结论 EH不同证型的ba PWV值的变化反映了疾病发展不同阶段的动脉状况,不同EH中医证型间内皮活性物质NO、ET-1存在着一定的变化规律,可作为中医高血压病辨证分型的客观化指标。
