摘要(Abstract)：

目的检测复方儿茶提取液对人结肠癌HT-29细胞水通道蛋白3(AQP3)表达的影响,初步探讨复方儿茶水提液发挥止泻作用的分子机制。方法实验共分3组,高剂量组、低剂量组和空白对照组。不同剂量处理分为高(40 mg/L),低(10 mg/L)剂量组,分别作用12 h后应用RT-PCR和Western blot法检测高低剂量含药培养液对HT-29细胞AQP3表达的影响。结果 RT-PCR和Western blot结果显示,高低剂量含药培养液均上调HT-29细胞AQP3表达水平。结论复方儿茶水提液可以上调AQP3表达,是发挥止泻作用的重要机制之一。
