摘要(Abstract)：
<正>急性肺损伤(ALI)是由心源性以外的各种肺内外致病因素导致的急性、进行性缺氧性呼吸衰竭。临床上以急性进行性加重的呼吸困难、呼吸窘迫、难治性低氧血症和非心源性肺水肿为早期表现。其病因及发病机制错综复杂,致病环节众多,已成为临床危重病学研究的热点和难点。近年来对ALI的实验研究及发
