开心胶囊保护高脂损伤内皮的信号转导机制探讨Study on Signaling Mechanisms of Kaixin Capsuie Protecting Endothelium from Mhyperlipemia in Vitro

摘要(Abstract)：
目的探讨气滞血瘀型高脂大鼠内皮损伤的信号转导机制及开心胶囊的保护作用。方法培养人脐静脉内皮细胞,采用中药药理学方法、ELISA方法检测不同血清中NF-κB含量。结果模型组NF-κB含量明显升高,开心胶囊高剂量组明显下降,与模型组相比有显著差异。结论开心胶囊保护气滞血瘀型高脂血清内皮损伤的机制可能与降低NF-κB活性有关。
