摘要(Abstract)：

肾小管间质性肾炎-葡萄膜炎（TINU）综合征是一类以急性肾小管间质性肾炎合并眼色素膜炎为主要表现的疾病，全球至今报道仅约300余例，属临床罕见病例。该病目前尚无标准化治疗方案，既往大多采用激素或激素联合免疫抑制剂治疗，但远期预后不佳。本文通过介绍我科运用名老中医经验方“悦脾汤”加减治疗TINU综合征1例，取得显著疗效，为中医药治疗疑难肾脏病提供了一种新的思路。
