摘要(Abstract)：

目的观察枸杞多糖对体外培养的大鼠睾丸支持细胞的增殖作用。方法选8~9 d龄的大鼠,采用两步酶消化法获取原代大鼠睾丸支持细胞,加入不同质量浓度的枸杞多糖,采用MTT比色法、直接细胞计数及CFSE荧光标记,检测不同质量浓度枸杞多糖对体外培养别的睾丸支持细胞增殖的影响。结果与对照组相比,经枸杞多糖处理后的睾丸支持细胞数量明显增多,并呈剂量依赖性。结论枸杞多糖能够促进大鼠睾丸支持细胞体外增殖。
