作者认为,应提出脓毒症急性肾损伤的概念,并深入研究其早期诊断指标,强调开展脓毒症肾损伤的流行病学研究,逐步形成我国脓毒症急性肾损伤的临床研究平台,加强中西医结合防治策略的研究。
