针刺对大鼠脊髓损伤后内源性神经干细胞的影响Effect of Acupuncture on the Endogenous Neural Stem Cells of Rats with Spinal Cord Injury

摘要(Abstract):
目的探讨针刺对大鼠脊髓损伤后内源性神经干细胞(ENSCs)的诱导分化。方法 25只成年SD雄性大鼠,随机分为假手术组、模型组和针刺治疗组。假手术组不损伤脊髓,模型组和针刺治疗组用改良Allen’s重物坠击法制备脊髓损伤模型。模型组不予任何处理;针刺治疗组予以针刺治疗,每日1次,7d为1疗程,共2个疗程。于2周后取材,对距离损伤中心5mm的脊髓行免疫组化染色,检测Nestin、Brdu、NSE、GFAP的表达。结果 Nestin和Brdu的表达针刺治疗组较模型组多,假手术组最少;NSE的表达针刺治疗组较模型组多,但少于假手术组;GFAP的表达模型组高于针刺治疗组,假手术组最低。结论针刺对大鼠脊髓损伤后内源性神经干细胞有诱导分化作用。
