关中李氏骨伤流派关节理筋手法治疗足底筋膜炎的临床研究Clinical Research of Therapeutic Effects of Li′s Bone Injury Genus Joint Physiotherapy of Guanzhong on Plantar Fasciitis

摘要(Abstract):
目的观察关中李氏骨伤流派关节理筋手法治疗足底筋膜炎的临床疗效并初步探讨其作用机制。方法患者86例采用单纯随机数字抽样法分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组予关中李氏骨伤流派关节理筋手法治疗,对照组采用冲击波治疗。比较两组患者首次治疗前、首次治疗后、末次治疗后的视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS)评分、动态表面肌电图均方根值(RMS)、有效率。结果两组患者胫骨前肌、腓肠肌内侧头及腓肠肌外侧头的RMS值,在首次治疗后、末次治疗后与首次治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组患者在首次治疗后、末次治疗后VAS评分均降低(P <0.05)。两组患者在末次治疗后与首次治疗结束后相比有效率明显升高(P <0.05),治疗组与对照组在首次治疗后、末次治疗后有效率差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论关中李氏骨伤流派关节理筋手法对治疗PF具良好的治疗效果,与冲击波治疗PF具有同等疗效。在治疗后,胫骨前肌、腓肠肌在运动过程中肌肉力量明显增强,肌肉收缩力较治疗前明显改善,肌肉在运动过程中更具有协调性。
