摘要(Abstract)：

目的观察补肾舒脊颗粒对强直性脊柱炎(AS)髋关节病变患者的治疗作用。方法将患者随机分为两组,治疗组予补肾舒脊颗粒治疗,对照组予柳氮磺胺吡啶片治疗,疗程6个月。观察两组临床症状、体征、中医证候评分、疾病活动性指标、骨密度、骨代谢、髋关节评分等指标的变化。结果治疗组患者的BAS-G、BASDAI、BASFI、夜间痛、脊柱痛、晨僵时间、医生的总体评价、中医证候评分、枕墙距、颌柄距、胸廓活动度等方面均有不同程度改善(P<0.05),并且在改善AS患者Harris髋关节评分方面有统计学意义(P<0.05),中医疗效评价方面,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾舒脊颗粒能显着改善AS患者的临床症状、体征、Bath指数、中医证候,能显著改善患者的髋关节活动功能,对髋关节病变有一定的治疗优势。并且长期服用安全性好,无毒副作用。
