摘要(Abstract)：

目的观察搜风祛痰法对血管紧张素Ⅱ致体外培养人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVECs)iNOS及ET-1 mRNA表达的影响。方法制备兔活心汤含药血清。采用酶消化法培养HUVECs2-3代用于实验,采用RT-PCR法测定内皮细胞iNOSmRNA及ET-1 mRNA。结果活心汤可抑制AngⅡ导致的内皮细胞损伤,减少iNOSmRNA及ET-1 mRNA的表达。结论活心汤可抑制AngⅡ所致的HUVECs损伤,保护血管内皮细胞功能。
