芪术合剂对博莱霉素致大鼠肺纤维化白介素-8和转化生长因子-β_1的影响The Effect of Qizhuheji on Interleu Kin-8 and Transforming Growth Factor-β_1 Expression in Lung Tissue of Pulmonary Fibrosis Rat Models

摘要(Abstract)：
目的探讨中药芪术合剂对博莱霉素致大鼠肺纤维化的影响及其作用机制。方法将60只健康SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、芪术合剂组和强的松组,经气管滴入博莱霉素复制肺纤维化大鼠模型,并分组予以治疗,于治疗后第3、7、21日分批处死大鼠,每组每次6只;用免疫组化法观察肺组织转化生长因子-β1的表达,并测定支气管肺泡灌洗液中中性粒细胞和白介素-8的水平。结果在第3、7、21日模型组IL-8和TGF-β1表达均较正常对照组明显增高,芪术合剂组与同期模型组比较明显降低,芪术合剂第3日组高于同期强的松组,而第7、21日则明显低于强的松组。结论早期应用芪术合剂可抑制IL-8和TGF-β1的产生,从而预防和阻止实验性大鼠肺纤维化的形成。
