活血解毒汤对急性冠状动脉综合征患者血清MMP-1、MMP-9、TIMP-1的影响The Effect of Huoxuejiedu Decoction on Serum Level of MMP-1,MMP-9,TIMP-1 in the Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

摘要(Abstract)：
目的观察活血解毒汤对急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者血清MMP-1、MMP-9及TIMP-1的影响,探讨活血解毒疗法对动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定的可能机制。方法随机将62例ACS患者分为活血解毒治疗组(32例)与西药常规对照组(30例);治疗4周后比较两组血清MMP-1、MMP-9及TIMP-1水平变化。结果两组血清MMP-1、MMP-9水平明显降低,TIMP-1明显升高,治疗组作用更明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论活血解毒疗法可明显降低ACS患者血清MMP-1、MMP-9水平,升高TIMP-1水平,从而起到稳定动脉粥样硬化斑块的作用。
