养心康片对心梗后心力衰竭模型兔血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮和心肌病理形态的影响Effects of Yangxinkang Decoction on Angiotensin Ⅱ,Aldosterone and Myocardial Pathological Morphology in Rabbits with Heart Failure after Myocardial Infarction

摘要(Abstract):
目的观察养心康片对心梗后心衰模型兔心功能、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、醛固酮(ALD)和心肌病理形态的影响。方法应用结扎冠脉的方法建立心梗后心力衰竭兔模型,随机分为模型组和养心康组,并设立空白对照组,每组5只。造模后第3日开始给药,养心康组给予养心康片0.51 g/kg,灌胃每日1次。空白对照组和模型组给予等体积的蒸馏水,共4周。观察养心康片对模型兔心功能、AngⅡ、ALD和心肌病理形态的影响。结果模型组的左室舒张末容积(LVEDV)最高,与养心康组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);模型组左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室短轴缩短率(LVFS)值最低,与养心康组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);模型组的AngⅡ、ALD水平最高,与养心康组比较其差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05或P<0.01)。病理结果显示养心康组心肌纤维较模型组排列整齐,部分心肌纤维断裂,细胞间隙较空白对照组增宽,间质有少量炎症细胞浸润,心肌细胞部分水肿,局灶性心肌细胞坏死,较模型组明显改善。结论养心康片可以提高心梗后心衰模型兔的心功能,降低血清的AngⅡ、ALD水平,改善心肌病理结构。
