坏死性筋膜炎证治体会

摘要(Abstract)：
坏死性筋膜炎是临床上较为少见的严重软组织感染。其病情发展快,死亡率高,现代医学以急诊手术引流、抗感染等为主要治疗手段。本病在中医学属"肛疽、烂疔、陷证"等范畴;中医内、外治在此类痈疽疮疡的临床证治方面有着许多优势,特别是在术后坐浴、敷药等方面很有价值。徐月教授为重庆市名中医,多年来在临床中总结出其病机系"湿热毒盛"为标、"气阴两虚"为本的特点,强调术后早期应清利湿热、行气托毒,伤口愈合期当扶正生肌、益气养阴,同时亦要顾护脾胃。用之临床,疗效显著。
