摘要(Abstract)：

浆细胞性乳腺炎发生发展与痰、瘀、毒密切相关。其病因病机演变极为复杂,脏腑上多与"肝脾气机"升降有关。痰、瘀、毒并不是孤立存在的,三者有着密切的内在联系性。痰瘀互结,痰瘀生毒,毒生痰瘀,可运用疏肝运脾,祛痰、化瘀、清毒并重的方法治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎。
