参附注射液联合去甲肾上腺素对脓毒症休克大鼠sCD163、丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶的影响Effect of Shenfu Injection Combined with Norepinephrine on sCD163,Malondialdehyde and Superoxide Dismutase in Endotoxin Induced Septic Shock Rats

摘要(Abstract):
目的观察参附注射液联合去甲肾上腺素对内毒素诱导的脓毒症休克大鼠sCD163、丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶的影响,探讨参附注射液对脓毒症休克的可能作用机制。方法 SD大鼠60只,制作脓毒症休克大鼠模型,观察给予药物治疗后大鼠血清sCD163、丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶的变化。结果空白组给药后1、6、18 h sCD163含量与给药前比较变化不明显(均P>0.05)。模型组1、6、18 h sCD163含量与给药前比较,均升高(均P<0.05)。西药组、参附组、西药加参附组sCD163含量给药后与给药前比较,均下降(均P<0.05)。各组给药后sCD163含量与模型组给药后同期比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。西药加参附组给药后sCD163含量与西药组、参附组两组同期比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。造模后模型组、西药组、参附组、西药加参附组超氧化物歧化酶含量与空白对照组比较明显下降(均P<0.05);丙二醛含量则均明显升高(均P<0.05)。西药组、参附组、西药加参附组给药后18 h超氧化物歧化酶含量与模型组同期比较均升高(均P<0.05);而丙二醛含量与模型组同期比较均下降(均P<0.05)。且西药加参附组的超氧化物歧化酶含量高于同期单纯西药组、参附组(均P<0.05);而丙二醛含量则低于同期单纯西药组、参附组(均P<0.05)。结论参附注射液对脓毒症休克大鼠具有抗氧化作用,sCD163可作为脓毒症的诊断指标及疗效评价指标。
