摘要(Abstract)：

目的观察莳萝子顽痹散外敷对强直性脊柱炎(AS)(肾虚督寒证)的临床疗效。方法将AS患者96例按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各48例,治疗组在对照组基础上另予莳萝子顽痹散贴敷,对照组予柳氮璜吡啶片加塞来昔布胶囊口服,比较两组患者治疗前后各项疗效评价参数及活动性指标变化。结果治疗4周后,与对照组比较,治疗组可改善患者肾虚督寒证候,有效降低巴斯强直性脊柱炎疾病活动指数(BASDAI)、巴斯强直性脊柱炎功能指数(BASFI),缩小枕墙距及指地距,扩大胸廓及脊柱活动度,降低红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)(均P<0.05)。治疗组临床有效率为66.67%,高于对照组的50.00%(P<0.05)。结论莳萝子顽痹散外敷结合西药治疗AS(肾虚督寒证)优于单用西药组,且不良反应发生率低,安全性高。
