退黄散对大鼠肝UDP-葡萄糖醛酸转移酶活性的影响The Influence of Herba Tuihuangsan on the UDPGT Activity in Rat's Hepat

摘要(Abstract)：
目的研究退黄散对大鼠肝UDP-葡萄糖醛酸转移酶(UDPGT)活性的影响。方法通过腹腔注射退黄散水溶液,建立大鼠肝UDPGT诱导模型,并以苯巴比妥为阳性对照,生理盐水为阴性对照。参照Black氏方法测定大鼠肝UDPGT活性。结果退黄散能使大鼠肝UDPGT活性增加。结论退黄散能够诱导提高大鼠肝UDPGT活性,从而促进肝胆红素代谢。
