摘要(Abstract)：

目的观察中西医综合治疗活动期类风湿关节炎(RA)(湿热内蕴证)的临床疗效及安全性。方法将60例患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组,治疗组30例,予以口服甲氨喋呤片(MTX),内服二藤蠲痹汤,外敷栀子三黄膏。对照组30例,予以口服MTX。如果两组患者疼痛难忍,予以口服醋氯芬酸片。结果治疗3个月后,治疗组总有效率为83.33%,高于对照组的56.67%(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后晨僵持续时间缩短,休息疼痛程度减轻,肿胀关节数、压痛关节数减少程度均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血小板(PLT)均有显著下降,亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未发生严重不良事件。结论中西医综合治疗活动期RA(湿热内蕴证)具有较好的临床疗效及安全性,疗效优于单独使用MTX。
