冠心病中医证型代谢组学研究进展

摘要(Abstract):
冠心病已成为危害人类生命健康的严重心血管疾病。代谢组学为研究冠心病的发生发展机制及其诊断提供了科学依据。本文通过回顾近年来冠心病代谢组学研究的相关文献,对冠心病中医证型的代谢组学特征进行分析总结,有助于完善代谢组学的异常生物标志物谱库,对冠心病中医证型分型及疾病早期诊断和治疗具有重要意义。
