摘要(Abstract)：

目的 观察定眩汤治疗前庭神经炎(痰浊中阻证)的疗效。方法 患者91例随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用常规激素加甲磺酸倍他司汀，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用自拟定眩汤，治疗7、14 d后进眩晕障碍量表(DHI)评分、冷热试验CP值、vHIT的增益、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值、血小板/淋巴细胞比值、中医症状积分的变化。结果 治疗后治疗组的DHI评分、冷热试验CP值、IL-6、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值、血小板/淋巴细胞比值、中医症状单项积分、中医症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗组v HIT的增益高于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗组的临床总有效率为91.30%，优于对照组的75.56%(P<0.05)。结论 定眩汤联合激素+倍他司汀对前庭神经炎(痰浊中阻证)治疗效果优于单纯使用激素加倍他司汀。
