正常甲状腺功能病态综合征中医证素分析与预后研究

摘要(Abstract)：
目的探究和分析正常甲状腺功能病态综合征的中医证素和预后。方法回顾性分析2015年1月至2018年6月入住广安门医院重症监护室的正常甲状腺功能病态综合征患者(低T3组),分析其与非正常甲状腺功能病态综合征患者(非低T3组)在急性生理与慢性健康(APACHEⅡ)评分,休克、急性肾损伤发生比例、机械通气比例,住ICU时间及ICU死亡率的差异。结果低T3组APACHEⅡ评分为(22.09±0.60)分,高于非低T3组的(18.08±1.15)分(P <0.05);低T3组急性肾损伤、休克发生率、机械通气比例均高于非低T3组(P <0.05)。多元回归结果显示,低T3组ICU死亡率较非低T3组高(P <0.05)。低T3组与非低T3组中医证素比较,阳虚组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论低T3水平与ICU患者危重程度及预后密切相关,同时与中医阳虚证型更密切。
