摘要(Abstract)：

目的观察超声引导下水针刀疗法联合低剂量塞来昔布胶囊口服治疗急性足底跖筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法患者68例随机分为两组,观察组采用超声引导下水针刀疗法联合低剂量塞来昔布胶囊;对照组仅给予正常剂量塞来昔布胶囊。观察两组治疗前后7、14、21 d的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、痊愈例数及Maryland足功能评分。结果两组治疗后7、14、21 d的VAS评分均降低,且观察组治疗后各时间点VAS评分、痊愈人数均优于对照组(P <0.05)。两组治疗前后自身对照比较Maryland足功能评分均有所提升,观察组治疗后7 d的Maryland足功能评分优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论应用超声引导下水针刀疗法联合低剂量塞来昔布胶囊口服,能随着时间延长逐渐减轻患者疼痛症状,并减少了塞来昔布口服用量,促进足部功能恢复,治疗效果好。
