舒郁散对慢性应激抑郁血清肾上腺皮质激素水平的影响Effect of Shuyusan Decoction on Concentrations of Adrenocorticotrophic Hormone and Corticosterone of Rats with Chronic Stress Induced Depression

摘要(Abstract):
目的观察舒郁散对慢性应激抑郁大鼠行为的变化及对大鼠血浆促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、皮质酮(CORT)、下丘脑促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)含量的影响。方法 50只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、百忧解组、小剂量舒郁散组、大剂量舒郁散组。对大鼠进行21 d的慢性不可预见性应激刺激建立慢性应激抑郁大鼠的模型,采用open-field方法观察治疗前、后各组大鼠2 min内行走路线及格子交叉点数的变化,了解行为改变,用放射免疫法检测血清中CRH、ACTH和CORT含量。结果模型组大鼠水平运动与垂直运动次数明显少于对照组,说明造模成功。百忧解组、大剂量舒郁散组大鼠水平运动与垂直运动次数明显多于模型组。模型组大鼠的CRH、ACTH、CORT含量比正常组明显增加。大剂量舒郁散组ACTH,CORT与模型组比含量明显减少。结论舒郁散可以改善慢性应激抑郁大鼠行为,下调慢性应激抑郁大鼠血清CORT和ACTH含量,这可能是其抗抑郁的作用机制之一。
