自拟通脉汤防治成人严重创伤骨折术后深静脉血栓的临床观察Clinical Observation of Tongmai Decoction on Deep Venous Thrombosis after Operation of Severe Trauma Fracture

摘要(Abstract)：
目的观察自拟通脉汤对成人严重创伤骨折术后深静脉血栓(DVT)的干预治疗作用。方法将126例严重创伤骨折患者随机分为两组,通脉汤治疗组(A组)及低分子肝素钠治疗组(B组),分别予以相应治疗,比较两组DVT发生率及术后7 d D-Di及PLC水平。结果两组研究对象的DVT发生率相当(P>0.05);术后7 d D-Di两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟通脉汤可有效预防严重创伤骨折后深静脉血栓的形成,降低血液高凝状态,不良反应发生率低。
