针刺联合超声监测胃残余量对重症脑卒中患者肠内营养的疗效影响Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Ultrasound Monitoring of Gastric Residual Volume on Enteral Nutrition in Patients with Severe Stroke

摘要(Abstract):
目的 本研究观察针刺联合超声监测胃残余量对重症脑卒中患者肠内营养的疗效影响。方法 选取90例重症脑卒中患者,用随机数字表随机分为3组:传统回抽胃液组、超声测定胃残余量组、针刺联合超声测定胃残余量组。观察并记录营养相关指标、肠内营养并发症及预后指标。结果 超声测定胃残余量组和针刺联合超声测定胃残余量组治疗后血清前白蛋白高于传统回抽胃液组(P <0.05),肠内营养达标时间和脱机时间亦缩短(P <0.05)。针刺联合超声测定胃残余量组治疗后血清前白蛋白指标与脱机时间比超声测定胃残余量组更有优势(P <0.05)。另外,两组总体并发症发生率低于传统回抽胃液组(P <0.05)。结论 超声测定胃残余量联合针刺可以更好地为重症脑卒中患者提供营养支持,并有助于患者的康复。
