中西医结合治疗肺泡微石症1例

摘要(Abstract)：
肺泡微石症(PAM)是一种较为罕见的遗传性肺部疾病，主要病理特征为钙磷酸盐沉积于肺泡壁。PAM的肺部影像学表现需与粟粒性肺结核等疾病相鉴别，易引起误诊。我们运用中西医结合的方法治疗外院误诊的PAM患者1例，疗效满意。本文结合该例患者的诊治过程对PAM的诊断、治疗进展进行初步总结。
