益气宣化方治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效评价Therapeutic Evaluation on Yiqi Xuanhua Decoction Treating Anaphylactic Rhinitis

摘要(Abstract)：
目的观察益气宣化方治疗过敏性鼻炎(脾气虚证)的临床疗效。方法 80例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组给予益气宣化方口服,对照组给与口服氯雷他定片,8周后观察临床疗效。结果两组治疗8周后症状积分较治疗前均有明显改善(均P<0.05);组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组体征积分治疗后较治疗前均有明显改善(均P<0.05),组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组总有效率85.00%与对照组的87.50%差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗8周后血清IgE含量较治疗前均有明显改善(均P<0.05),组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气宣化方治疗过敏性鼻炎脾气虚证疗效确切。
