头针电刺激对急性脑梗死大鼠血小板活化标志物CD62P、CD63的影响

摘要(Abstract):
目的观察头针电刺激不同时间点对急性脑梗死大鼠血清CD62P和CD63水平、神经功能缺损的调节作用并探讨其机理。方法将160只健康的雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分为头针电刺激组、普通针刺组、假手术组和模型对照组,各组又根据治疗的时间点不同分为1 d组、3 d组、7 d组和14 d组4个亚组,每组10只大鼠。头针电刺激组、普通针刺组及模型对照组采用改良的线栓法制作右侧大脑中动脉闭塞局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型,4组大鼠在造模成功1 d起,每天同一时间进行干预,头针电刺激组给予大鼠头针电刺激干预,以疏密波进行电刺激治疗,普通针刺组给予大鼠普通头针干预,选取百会和大椎穴,假手术组及模型组大鼠于同一时间固定于针刺台,不做处理。于治疗1、3、7、14 d后,检测血清中CD62P、CD63的表达。各组大鼠造模结束清醒后及治疗前后均采用Bederson评分法评分。结果头针电刺激组较各组能显著降低CD62P、CD63的表达(P <0.01),头针电刺激组中各治疗时间点比较,血清中CD62P、CD63表达明显减少(P <0.01)。头针电刺激组、普通针刺组及模型对照组Bederson评分比较,3、7及14 d组差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);头针电刺激组中各治疗时间点评分比较,随着时间增加,评分降低(P <0.05),且以14 d为最佳。结论通过比较各组大鼠血清CD62P、CD63表达及Bederson评分,结果均表明头针电刺激能降低CD62P、CD63表达,改善脑梗死大鼠神经功能,且随着时间延长,改善越明显,以14 d为最佳。
